PONLECANAS is an online platform that connects seniors aged 55+ with users over 18 to exchange skills and services.
Users may offer or request services and agree directly on the service conditions.
The platform acts solely as an intermediary.
3. User Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old to register on the platform.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
Accounts may be suspended in case of fraud, false information or violations of these terms.
4. Service Catalog
Users can access services offered by seniors, either:
- Face-to-face
- Remote (video or phone)
5. Reservations and Payments
Platform registration and use are free.
Payments are processed through Stripe.

6. Reservation Acceptance
Seniors within the search radius receive a notification and can accept or decline the request.
The first senior who accepts the reservation will complete the task.
7. Communication
Users can interact using:
- Messages
- Calls
- Task rescheduling
- Cancellations
8. Reviews and Ratings
After completing a task, seniors receive points called “Silvers”.
Both users may leave reviews.
9. Rewards and Donations
Silvers can be exchanged for rewards or donated to nonprofit organizations.
10. Activity Levels
Seniors may offer up to four services and earn ranking positions based on activity and reviews.
11. Partner Companies
Partner companies may promote products, offer rewards and publish content on the platform.
12. Service Exchange
Users are responsible for defining service terms between themselves.
13. Liability
PONLECANAS is not responsible for the quality or safety of services provided by users.
14. Privacy
User data is handled in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy.
